I was really enjoying the game. Buying gems and cash . Then I had a purchase where I didn't receive my items. I emailed support and was told to restart device. I did. Then I was told to screenshot the receipt. I did. Now I'm being stonewalled and getting the run around. Very unhappy. I have spent too much money not to be compensated for one $5 item. Thinking about deleting the game.

It's a really good game. The clothes that you see in the game are things you can actually purchase off the actual websites. And if something you buy in the game is no longer available due to a Designer error, the developers are really good with refunding you back your in game credits. I like this game and the festive fashion with every change in the holidays like Pride, Halloween, Thanks Giving, Easter and Christmas.

I love this game, BUT, it is very glitchy. There have been a couple times where I have purchased items, the money and gems were used for said items, but, the page will freeze and when it comes back up, the items were not in my own list and the event shows incomplete, as if I had not purchased needed items. Lost the gems and money. Please fix.

Update: Canceled subscription. Perks to buying VIP pass definitely not worth it. Ads are ridiculously long and you have to watch them for practically everything, even as VIP. Waiting 5 days before being able to skip only ONE single item for a task is insane when thats a "perk" to VIP. IMO the rare items you win in VIP (Styler Pass) are not usually attractive, so no incentive there to purchase VIP pass. Also, voting times are prrrrretty long so you need a back up app for your 8+ hour downtime.

This game is actually really fun. Unfortunately, I keep losing a significant amount of gems and cash whenever the game loses connection to the server. It's bad enough it's already challenging to earn gems and cash to get new items without paying for it. I've reached out to support now three times and have yet to hear anything.

Editing my review a third time. I enjoy this game, but everything costs an arm and a leg. Problematically, my items have disappeared after I paid for them not once or twice, but three times. Despite sending screenshots and and very detailed descriptions, I'm always told the insident "is being investigated" and I have yet to be fully compensated for the lost items. Following up politely has not yielded responses either.

Too many glitches. Requires continuous purchases to submit looks. Cost of new items required for each look is stupid high. If you have to spend 30 bucks a day to be able to play, no thanks. When the game continued to "glitch" , I contacted the company and sent screen shots of the money and gems I lost, they responded asking that I be patient. I waited to hear from them and continued emailing when more "glitches" occurred. No response or refund. I'm not sure how much more specific I can be.

I love the game, at the beginning you get a pretty good amount of money to spend on the game as far as for buying clothes etc the problem quickly begins when the clothes are so expensive to buy and most of the clothes you have to need for challenges costs you diamonds and money and they are expensive!! I have to wait 2 and 3 days before I play this game just so I will have formerly accumulated enough to play. Enough money and diamonds. By that time I want to delete the app. Another money scam

The game just runs super slow and the servers are bad. The initial loading screen sometimes takes a few minutes, which is an extremely long time for a mobile game. Half the time the app won't open at all cause it claims you "have no connection" , even if my internet works fine on everything else. It crashes a lot, and individual actions take a while to load. Slowest running game on my device by far. It's been like this for years! After coming back for a 2nd chance, it hasn't got any better.

It's ok, but some stuff are actually really annoying. Things are really expensive and I have to wait a couple of days to earn coins and gems so I can pass levels. They're so expensive that I always have to spend my stuff on the requirements of the levels and I can't buy things that I actually like. Also when you enter the game, the loading screen takes too much time that it makes me not wanna play at all!

Lots of technical issues. Randomly missing money/gems, completed missions being reset and having to redo them to unlock them for a second time, event items being taken away(like shells for limited time events). Definitely can't get far without paying for this game. I love the addition of being able to design your own clothes, though I wish there was more freedom to set your own prices without the high minimum. Being able to sort by cash/gem items would be great. Better if the kinks were fixed.

After being gone for almost a full year, I redownloaded the game. And uninstalled swiftly. I used to love this game. Forced ads on top of ads I used to watch for bonuses and freebies, no thanks. I love that there's been a design creation option added, but you can only utilize it on PC? *Sigh* I miss this game, guess I'll not be back.

This is a fun game but it's impossible to get a 5 score. I think the scoring fixed so you spend more money. I keep spending money because I run out of diamonds and cash so fast. You can't compete in any challenges if you run out of money and diamonds. Unlike other games there are ways to earn prizes and game money. In this game it impossible to win enough to play another challenge. I would not recommend this game unless you are ok with spending money every day.

I loved this game for two years, but the latest update has made it pay-to-win. Voting rewards are harder to get, now based on a BS "trend meter." Daily quest rewards used to be great but now are significantly reduced (and don't drop tokens), better only if you pay for the VIP pass. Players who pay can submit two looks for an event, which means lower average scores for players who only submit one. Really dissapointed by the update. It is obviously geared toward micro-transactions, not gameplay.

I loved the game and spent quite a bit of money on it. Now I'm deleting it- every time I go to watch an ad, the game crashes. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it, cleared my cache, and sent the dev's an email. They haven't responded after a few days so I'm done. The ads help the progress of the game. Without the ads, I can't get anywhere so there's no point in playing any longer.

The game is expensive. I love the clothes, but it's addictive (for me) when it comes to getting items you really like. With so many user made items at set prices, really gets pricey. The in-game currency is really pricey, one of which you have to buy with the other one that you have to buy with real money. I'm barely treading water as far as the scoring goes. And for events, I'll never win. I'm in the 10k range, when 3000 is the last place range.

It's a great concept. It COULD be a great game BUT 1. Very limited options. I'm telling you, there is not ONE brown belt but probably 10 black ones, among other things. 2. Diamonds are impossible to build up enough to actually purchase the items required for participation in certain events. You need a 5 star rating to earn diamonds for a challenge but 5 stars is virtually impossible to recieve. 3. Disappointing reward for leveling up ECT... It would be amazing if you added more options at least

I totally love this game! It's fun to play in my free time, and definitely not demanding like some other games. I like the voting system, but I'd like to ask that you add the prompt of the outfit to the voting section. Sometimes I feel like I've dressed completely appropriately and then I only end up with a 2 star rating. Adding the prompt would be a good improvement on the voting system. Other than that, I have no complaints :)

I like it, definitely a challenge if you dont spend money buying their money but that makes it more fun for me personally. Nothing worthwhile is easy right? Shows true fashion talent to pull out a fabulous look when youre broke. They provide enough rewards that i am able to hold my own, barely, but able to nonetheless so im going to keep playing. Good job developers, and i dont say that very often, online gaming has become a huge ripoff compared to console "buy it and play as much as you want"

I've played a few fashion games and this is too pricey and doesn't have enough going on. The challenges are too expensive and hard to complete. Time princess and SuiteU are a bit better. Both games have achievable goals, stuff well worth earning and way better clothing. There are very few outfits in this game that I enjoy. I guess this just isn't a fashion games for me. I prefer at least a few fantasy items or something worth earning. The currency in this game has changed since the beginning.
